Got a question?
Here is a list of the most common questions we face at the Zenith Fit team to help with any problems or queries you have about starting your program. However if a question you want is not available, there is a section at the bottom of the page where you can ask whatever is on your mind, and one of the team will get back to you as soon as they can.
About Your Health
I’m injured. What can I do?
The whole idea of the Zenith Fit programs is that it works alongside and in conjunction with a vigorous training program and personally designed diet and meal plan to help you achieve the best results you can within the 12 week period. The plan works around training and rest days, and reacts to how your body responds to the intensity of the plan. Remain patient, get approval from your doctor, and when you are ready to start your new journey at 100%, sign up and start smashing the HIIT and weight training programs without any limitations.
I have diabetes. Can I still do the programs?
The answer again is yes. Although we cannot cure this, we can cater for type 1 or type 2 diabetes and set you a specific meal plan that provides you with the maximum nutrition required, while limiting the glycaemic load of sugars/carbohydrates and sodium. It will be important though to see how you feel during the plan and how your body responds to its demands, and inform your Zenith Fit PT. However because you will need to monitor your blood sugar levels or you could have adverse health effects, you will need to consult with your doctor as your PT will not be able to assist with this.
We believe that the effectiveness of the Zenith Fit programs can help mitigate the effects of diabetes, and still get you lean and in great health.
Once you are signed up, have received you first training zone, we will require written confirmation from your doctor before we can allow you to start the plan.
I’m pregnant. Can I take part in the program?
The Zenith Fit programs are not suitable for women who are currently pregnant. However, once you have given birth and are fully recovered you are more than welcome to sign up and join the team. There is at least 6 weeks before you can start training properly again post giving birth.
What if I’m breastfeeding?
The plan is absolutely fine if you are breastfeeding, although we recommend that you consult with your GP before you begin to ensure that they are happy with you to proceed with the plan. Everybody is different and everybody has different needs, and above all the health of you and your baby is of upmost importance. It is always best for all parties to get the professional opinion of your GP before starting any exercise plan. Regarding the calorie intake you will require will vary so please keep in regular contact with your PT and they will help with any difficulties or problems.
I have food allergies/intolerances to certain foods
Not a problem. As food allergies are so common we cater for almost anything. The flexibility of the plan allows us to adjust and tweak any recipes that we send you to suit your allergy. During the pre plan questionnaires you will be asked about your allergies, and then we will either remove them from your plan, provide you with alternatives, or advise on how you can work around them while making the recipes.
If you have any issues during the plan, feel free to contact your PT and they will help you with whatever recipe issue you have.
Also, if there are any foods you particularly dislike, we can cater for these in your recipe plan, and adjust accordingly.
I’m off on my holidays during the program. What happens then?
The programs are designed to work around your lifestyle. This is how it remains sustainable for the rest of your life. Do not become a slave to the plan by any means…..if you have a holiday booked, go and enjoy your holiday. Try and focus on the core principles of the plan, but remember this is your time to relax and get away from your busy lifestyle back home.
Once you get home, just jump back on the wagon and smash the next part of the plan. You’ll feel refreshed and raring to go.
Do you have Vegetarian or Vegan options?
We have versions of the food plans set up that cater for vegetarians and vegans, where we can replace the meat for fish or other protein sources such as eggs, tofu, grains, pulses, beans and quorn. So don’t fear, we can still help you make this awesome lifestyle change.
If 2 of us sign up, do we get discount?
You will need to contact the support team at Zenith Fit to discuss this option.
