- 2 slices Wholewheat Bread
- 1/2 medium Avocado
- 1/2 a block of Feta Cheese
- 3 Cherry tomatoes
- 50g Cucumber
- 1/2 juice Lime juice
- Chilli Flakes
- A few leaves of Coriander
1. Toast slices of wholewheat bread
2. Mash up avocado in a bowl and lime juice. Add the amount of chilli flakes you desire and mix well. Spread evenly over both slices
3. Crumble the feta over the avocado and add the chopped cherry tomatoes and diced cucumber. Sprinkle over the chopped corriander.
4. Salt and pepper to season accordingly.
