So today I have got a mega busy day. Meetings regarding work experience that starts in the summer as well a meeting with the NHS for a new project. Alongside this I will be training clients for 12 hours and also carry on with the daily vlogs, blogs, exercise videos, program writing, social media marketing and email response. All in all its going to be mental.
Just as well its my planned rest day.
Remember rest is so important to help the muscles recover, repair, knit together and grow stronger and more efficient.
If you don’t take a rest day, you will continue to tear your muscle fibres, and wot allow them chance to repair and grown stronger.
So thats why I’m using today as my rest day. I literally wont have time to get a workout in.
Rest is HUGE for gains in the gym.
