Fruity Greek Yoghurt– Prep time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

3 tablespoons Low Fat Greek yoghurt
1 handful of Blueberries
1 handful of Raspberries
1 teaspoon of honey
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon (optional)

Method

Spoon the yoghurt into a bowl and sprinkle the cinnamon into the mixture. Stir well until completely mixed in. Top with the blueberries and raspberries, and drizzle the honey over the top. Enjoy this fruity feast
