Protein Flapjack……
These are a must try this Sunday. This awesome energy boosting snack helps to keep our body’s fueled throughout the day and provide us with the energy to perform daily tasks. Enjoy this healthy and tasty snack guys!!
120g rolled oats,
100g peanut butter,
60g whey protein,
125g -150g low fat or almond milk,
15g honey
Method
Place oats and whey into a bowl and mix. Then add the milk, peanut butter and honey. Stir through. Line a baking tray with grease proof paper and a drizzle of coconut or sunflower oil. Spoon the mixture on about 3cm thick. Place in fridge for 25 mins.
Cook on a heat of 190 Celsius for 10-12 mins.
