o 1 large banana sliced
o 1 cup vanilla low fat yoghurt
o ½ cup skimmed milk
o 1 tablespoon non-fat dry milk powder
o ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
o 3 ice cubes

Place banana slices onto a plate/baking sheet and freeze until firm. This will take about 1 hour. Place the banana and the rest of the ingredients into a blender. Give them a whizz until smooth. And pour. So simple. So delicious. So good for you.
