Overnight Protein Oats – Prep time: 5 minutes
1 scoop whey protein (any flavour you like)
Handful of Walnuts
Handful of Blueberries
Handful of Raspberries
A dash of Ground Ginger
Pour your oats and protein powder into a mixing bowl and stir well until all mixed together. Add 200ml of water to the mixture and stir well adding more or less (depending on how thick you like your oats). Add a handful of raw walnuts (crushed), blueberries, raspberries and ground ginger and mix well. Place into the fridge and leave overnight. Take out of the fridge in the morning and give a good stir, again adding water if required.
