½ Banana
1 Green Tea bag
2 Tablespoon of Honey
1 ½ cups frozen Blueberries
3 Tablespoons Water
¾ of a cup of Skimmed Milk
½ Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract

Microwave water on high until steaming hot in a small bowl. Add tea bag and allow to brew 3 minutes. Remove tea bag. Stir honey into tea until it dissolves.
Then combine the berries, banana, and milk in a blender.
Next, add the tea to blender. Blend ingredients until smooth. (Some blenders may require additional water to process the mixture).
