Chocolate Caramel Oats


For the oats

  • 40g porridge oats
  • 20g chocolate whey
  • 1 sachet Options Caramel Hot Chocolate
  • 75g 0% fat Greek yoghurt
  • 100ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 10g salted caramel sauce
  • 10g chocolate chips

Mix the oats, whey and hot chocolate powder all together. Then add the yoghurt and milk and mix until thoroughly combined. Place in the fridge overnight. Top with the salted caramel sauce and chocolate chips!
