Gingerbread Overnight Oats


  • 40g porridge oats
  • 20g gingerbread whey
  • 80g skyr
  • 1/2 tsp ground mixed spice
  • 1/4 ground ginger
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp golden syrup
  • 120ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 ginger biscuit
  • Zero golden syrup to decorate (from the protein works)


Put the whey and spices in a protein shaker with the milk and combine thoroughly. Put the oats and yogurt in a bowl, tip in the shake, add the golden syrup and mix well until all is evenly combined. Refrigerate overnight or for 6 hours. Crumble the ginger biscuit on top and add zero syrup.
