Zenith Peanut Butter & Banana Ice Cream
- 200g frozen sliced banana* (approx 2 medium bananas)
- 24g / 4 tbsp powdered peanut butter
- 30g vanilla whey protein powder
- *slice the banana onto a freezer proof plate or baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and freeze for an hour or so
Put the frozen banana slices into a food processor and pulse until creamy like Ice Cream. When it looks like that, tip in the powdered peanut butter and whey and blitz until combined. Add whatever toppings you want to but don’t forget to add the macros of the toppings.
