Meaty Pizza
Ingredients
For the base:
110g self raising flour
125g Skyr or greek fat free yoghurt
Topping:
4 tbsp passata
1 tbsp tomato puree
1/4 tsp garlic granules
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp chilli flakes
40g grated mozzarella cheese
2 slices (approx 24g) serrano ham – torn
20g cooking chorizo – thinly sliced
Method
Pre heat the oven to 190c fan.
In a bowl, mix together the flour and yoghurt until they make a dough. Roll or flatten the dough on a floured surface until its a thin round base. Mix together the passata, tomato puree, garlic granules and chilli flakes and spread over the base. Sprinkle the cheese over and arrange the ham and chorizo. Slide straight onto the oven shelf or onto a non stick baking tray and bake for 15-17 minutes. Serve with a salad. Half of the pizza is recommended. Unless you can be accountable for the calories for the whole thing!
