Spaghetti & Steak (With a Kick)

Serves 1
  • 200g Sirloin steak
  • 50g Spaghetti
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 3 Long Stemmed Broccoli Florets
  • 1/2 Red Pepper
  • 10ml Olive oil
  • 1 Red chilli
  • Salt & pepper
  • 50ml Tomato passata

1. Add spaghetti to boiling water and simmer for 6-8 minutes or until tender. (Basically how you like it)

2. While the spaghetti is cooking, slice the steak, preheat a frying pan, add the olive oil. Then throw in the steak, diced onion, chopped broccoli, diced pepper and passata. Season with salt and pepper and sear on a medium heat for 5-6 minutes.

3. Then, drain off the cooked spaghetti and add to the frying pan with the steak and the rest of the ingredients. Stir well and cook for 1 minute, then dice up the chilli and add to the pan. Cook on a low heat for 1 more minute while mixing all the ingredients together.

4. Serve
