Super Fibre Porridge

Serves 1
  • 50g Oats
  • 200ml Almond milk
  • 30 Whey protein powder
  • 1 tbsp Flax seed
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 30g Blueberries
  • 30g Raspberries

Firstly, add oats and almond milk to microwaveable dish and cook on highest setting for 2-4 minutes, or until the mixture starts to bubble up. Then , remove from microwave and stir in the whey protein powder and flax seed. Finish off with a drizzle of honey, blueberries and raspberries. Mix in well and serve!
