Peanut & Banana Protein Pancakes
- 125ml Almond Milk
- 30g Oat Flour
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 Banana
- 20g Peanut Butter
Add the milk, flour, protein powder and ¾ of the banana to a blender and blitz until a thick, creamy batter.
Heat up a frying pan and spray with fry lite oil. Ladel the batter into the pan into small circles. Fry one side until it begins to bubble slightly, then flip and cook the other side. Do this until all of the batter is used.
Stack the pancakes onto a plate and top with the remainder of the banana sliced up and drizzle over the peanut butter for a savoury hit.
