09 Nov Chocolate Nut Power Balls
- 220g Dates
- 30g Raisins
- 3 Tbsp Cocoa Butter
- 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 7 Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
- 20g Goji Berries
- 5 Tbsp Ground Almonds
- 2 Tbsp Organic Cacao Powder
- 4 Tsp Almond Butter (Teaspoon)
- 4 Tsp Flaked Almonds
Firstly, cover the dates and raisins in boiling water and soak until they become soft. Slowly and gently melt the cocoa butter and mix in the maple syrup. Then add the dates and raisins and blend.
In a separate bowl, blitz up the pumpkin seeds and goji berries to a crumb and then add the ground almonds and raw cacao.
Transfer all the ingredients to a mixing bowl, adding the almond butter and flaked almonds. Mix thoroughly and roll into 30g balls. Place in a Tupperware box to keep fresh.
