Being Too Strict Doesn’t Work
I’m not the type of coach that is going to tell you that to be successful you need to cut everything out of your life.
I’m not going to say you need to remove all junk food.
I’m not going to say you need to eliminate all alcohol.
I’m not going to say that you need to exercise 7 days a week for 2 hours at a time.
I’m not going to tell you any of the above, because, from personal experience, they don’t work.
They may work in the very short term, but a rebound to eating junk food in excess, and not exercising at all, is just around the corner. I can promise you that!
And it’s a bloody miserable way of living life.
I know. I’ve done it. I’ve been there.
I’m firmly of the belief that in order to make progress with your body, health and mindset, you need to find a balance that works for you!
Yes, you will need to reduce certain things in your life. But the key word here is REDUCE. Not eliminate.
Yes, you may need to work on certain areas. This could be to increase activity, or lower the calories slightly. It could be to drink more water, or increase your protein intake.
But in order to create sustainable results, and prevent any rebound, you need to build a healthy relationship with food, exercise and most importantly, YOURSELF!
And that’s exactly what I can help you with.
