High-Protein Low-Calorie Breakfast Choices

Here are some great high-protein low-calorie breakfast choices for you all to try so that you can ensure that you are maximizing your protein intake whilst also staying within your calories for the day.
Why is protein important at breakfast?
There are many advantages to consuming high levels of protein during breakfast, such as promoting energy and satiety. Additionally, consuming protein during breakfast can help with fat loss as you feel fuller for longer.
1.Protein Porridge:
40g Oats, 250ml semi-skimmed milk, 30g Whey Protein of your choice, 15g Peanut Butter.
Carbs – 44g / Fats – 15g / Protein – 38g / Calories - 457kcal
2.Scrambled Egg & Avocado Toast:
2 large eggs, 1 slice toast, 100g/half an avocado
Carbs – 20g / Fats – 27g / Protein – 20g / Calories – 411kcal
3.Protein Fruit Smoothie:
300ml semi-skimmed milk, 30g Whey Protein of your choice, 100g 0% Greek yogurt, 50g frozen strawberries, 50g frozen raspberries.
Carbs – 24g / Fats – 8g / Protein – 44g / Calories – 352kcal
