Hey!

First off, I want to say thank you for joining the challenge.

Over the next 2 weeks you’ll learn how to lose body fat and the key principles of how to sustain results for the long term.

We are going to be building solid foundations for future success.

Today is all about introducing myself, the challenge rules, and a little bit of admin.

Then, start implementing these good habits:

  1. Aim for 10K Steps per day
  2. Drink 2 litres of water per day
  3. 'Think' more about the foods you're eating (e.g Will this help me lose weight?)
  4. Start thinking about your goals, and where you want to be in 3 months time
