14 Day Challenge - Day 13

Day 13 – Overcoming Obstacles

Day 13

Hey!

You’ve come such a long way and hopefully learnt a lot over the past 12 days.

I hope my guidance has helped to create some stability around your health and fitness lifestyle, as well as help you realise what is required to start losing body fat sustainably.

Today, we are looking at overcoming any obstacles that may be preventing you from achieving your goals and dreams.

I’m sure there are many reasons as to why you shouldn’t start trying to change your body and physique…..

But there is always a way.

And if you continue to wait, it will probably never happen.

Watch todays video to see how you can overcome any obstacle and actually achieve amazing things.

Also…..

We are back to measurements, weight and progress photos today.

Because tracking progress is crucial to progression.

I have been helping clients track and progress and achieve amazing results for over 10 years now.

So I want you to go back to the first weigh in, measurements and photos that you did at the start of the program….and todays task is to re do them on the worksheet you have been completing on days 2, 6 and 10 of this program.

I’m not expecting big changes. Some of you may not have any changes at all. Everyone is different in how quickly their body reacts to change. The point of this 14 day challenge is to help teach you to build the habits that, if done consistently, will guarantee you the results you crave for the rest of your life.

Then, I would like you to click the below link, and complete the few questions in the self assessment HERE

The idea is that it’s not just about weight loss, especially in just 2 weeks.

It’s about feeling more energetic, fresher, fitter, stronger, and a bit leaner.

It’s about how much you feel you have learnt, and how you feel about taking this knowledge and putting it into practice to help you get fat loan results, and keep it off.

So have a look back at your statistics, and see where you have progressed.

Then think to yourself, “Have I really done all I can to make progress?”

Evaluation is key to move forwards, and is something I do with my clients all the time.

As ever, if you need any help or have any questions, please drop me a message in the Facebook Group and I’ll be happy to help.

Have a brilliant day, and I’ll see you tomorrow!
