Peanut Butter Berry Smoothie – Prep time: 5 minutes

Serves 1 (serving size is 1 cup)

Ingredients
o ½ cup of low fat milk
o ½ a banana
o 1 tablespoon smooth peanut butter
o 1 cup frozen raspberries
o ½ cup of ice

Method

Slice the banana into small pieces. Add all of the ingredients into the blender and blitz for 2-3 minutes.
